Invoices you prepare from a chat. Your investments, imported from a CSV file, with prices updated daily. Gmail, iCloud Mail, Google and iCloud calendars, Slack, WhatsApp through Beeper, Apple Health. Money comes in by CSV for now, there is no automatic bank connection.
Tell Vera what to keep an eye on and when to tell you. It checks quietly in the background. You hear from it only when your rule is met.

A folio is a web page Vera makes from a chat. A proposal, a trip plan, a report. It always uses your logo, your colours and your fonts.

Vera runs locally. Every transcript is a file on your disk. Vera has no cloud of its own that stores your conversations.
You talk to Claude through your own account, so your own privacy settings and terms apply. No API keys to buy, no mark-up on usage.
Calendar, mail, messages, health: each one is a separate switch, opt-in, and you can disconnect it whenever you like. Skip them all and Vera still works.
The data you connect is stored on the Solar server so Claude can use it. You can delete it yourself whenever you want, or ask us and we do it. If that is not for you, do not connect it.
Vera prepares replies and invoices as drafts. A person presses send.
Tell us what you would use it for. We let people in in small batches so each one gets a proper setup.
One installer sets up Vera next to your existing Claude Code. About 15 minutes, and it never overwrites your own settings.
Start with chats only, or add calendar, mail and a CSV of your expenses. You choose each one. Start with none. Switch any of them off, or delete what was synced, whenever you want.

Yes. Every account is a separate switch. Most people start with none.
No, it is built to do the opposite. Small jobs like chat titles and summaries run on a small model on your own Mac, so they never touch your plan. Quick lookups use a small fast AI, and only hard questions use the big one. Watching something (a web page, an inbox) uses a plain script and wakes the AI only when your rule is met. A chat you left alone is parked and uses nothing until you write to it again. You can watch your usage in the app at any time.
That is governed by your own Claude account and the privacy settings you chose there. Vera does not change them and adds no second company in between.
No. Vera writes drafts. You read them, edit them and send them yourself.
No. Setup uses one installer, and we help you through it. Developers get extra panels (Git, SQL, servers), everyone else never sees them.
